No Spot Registrations
Conference lunch and dinner is available on the day of check in and breakfast on the day of check out
Check in time 3.00pm and Check out time 11.00am - early check in is subject to availability
On cancellations done before 16-07-2026, only 50% will be refunded post 30 days of conference
No refunds on cancellations done after 16-07-2026
Anybody who wishes to check in one day earlier or check out one day later must inform the organizing committee at least 15 days in advance. Additional bookings will be charged as applicable.
